Terms & Conditions.

Lunovia designs and arranges travel as an agent and consultant. Final travel services are delivered by independent airlines, hotels and operators, each governed by their own terms.

Quotations are prepared personally and remain valid for the period stated. A journey is confirmed only upon written acceptance and receipt of the advance specified in your proposal.

Cancellations and changes are handled with care and transparency; supplier terms apply. For anything unclear, write to concierge@lunovia.co.in — we answer personally.
